Shipping Policy
We want your Caseraves experience to be as smooth and satisfying as our designs. Below is everything you need to know about how we manage shipping, delivery timelines, and what to expect once you hit checkout.
Stock & Availability
Our inventory reflects real-time availability to the best of our systems. If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock suddenly, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp and either issue a refund or give you the option to wait for restock. Your call.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
- Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include an extra ₹100 COD handling charge.
No hidden charges, you'll see the exact total before you confirm payment.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 7 business days within India. Timelines may vary depending on your location and logistics conditions.
Note: For remote or non-serviceable pincodes, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders placed before 2 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders after this window are dispatched the following business day.
We don’t dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Let us know before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, we can’t make changes to the address. For new delivery attempts due to incorrect address input, extra charges may apply.
Special Shipping Conditions
- P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. boxes is available via India Post only.
- Military/Defense Zones: Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may experience longer transit times.
Partial Orders
If an item from your cart is delayed or out of stock, we’ll either hold the entire order or ship the available items first, depending on your preference. You’ll be contacted for confirmation.
Delivery Delays
We do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, but sometimes delays can occur due to weather, transport issues, or operational backlogs. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated timeframe, feel free to reach out at caseraves@gmail.com.
Tracking Details
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships. You can use this to monitor progress and ETA in real-time.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears damaged:
- Refuse delivery if the damage is visible and notify us immediately.
- If already received, please send clear pictures of the damage and packaging to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll take it from there.
Taxes and Duties
- All domestic orders are inclusive of GST.
- Caseraves does not currently support international shipping. When we do, we’ll notify customers with updated policies.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order anytime before dispatch. Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, our Return Policy has your back if you change your mind after delivery.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured up to their invoice value. In the rare event of transit loss or untraceable parcels, we’ll coordinate with the courier and ensure a refund or replacement once the investigation is resolved.
