At Caseraves, we’re committed to getting your order right—and making it right if something goes wrong. Our goal is to keep things simple, clear, and fair.
                     
                        We currently do not accept returns or refunds for personal preference or change of mind.
However, if:
- You received an incorrect item
 - Your order was delivered in a damaged condition
then we’re here to help you with a replacement or refund, provided the conditions below are met.
In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
