Refund and Return Policy

At Caseraves, we’re committed to getting your order right and making it right if something goes wrong. Our goal is to keep things simple, clear, and fair.

When are Returns Accepted

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for personal preference or change of mind.

However, if:

You received an incorrect item
Your order was delivered in a damaged condition

then we’re here to help you with a replacement or refund, provided the conditions below are met.

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

What You Need to Do

To ensure a valid claim:

A complete unboxing video is required— start recording before opening the package and capture the full unpacking process
Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and the video attached

Without this, we won’t be able to process complaints or claims.

Important Notes

To ensure a valid claim:

Orders paid in advance cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed
Minor colour dierences due to lighting, screen settings, or image representation are not valid reasons for return
If your parcel seal is tampered with at delivery, do not accept the package and notify us immediately

All our products pass through multiple quality checks before dispatch, so we’re confident in what we send. That said, rare errors can occur and we’ll make sure that we fix them if they do.

Please note: In case of partial COD that amount will remain non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.
